The owner (Ravin P) is very knowledgeable and always willing to explain all the details about the project before proposing different alternatives. It was refreshing to have detailed engineering conversations with him about load calculations, etc. He does not cut any corners and ensures that all dependencies are in place prior to starting the actual work. Ravin can also work with you to get the maximum state and federal rebates for any energy efficient home upgrades. Blue Mountain Heating and Air Conditioning came and fixed my ancient air conditioner. While the unit was quite old, it was well built. I called Blue Mountain H&C and got in contact with Ravin. Ravin found out the problem was caused by a faulty high limit switch which he replaced right away. The furnace started working again! The A/C in my condo started making a rattling noise so I contacted Blue Mountain Heating and Cooling (BMHC) for a quote on the repair. After a free inspection and diagnosis of my 30-year-old system BMHC recommended a brand-new system since a repair would require almost the same amount of work as replacing the entire system. BMHC made a full survey of my unit, provided a report of what equipment was needed, and gave me several options to choose between. I chose an upgraded system. BMHC did a great job with the installation, listened to any concerns I had and did the adjustments I wanted done. The upgraded system works great. I can highly recommend BMHC for any HVAC work.Load more
